Earth Sustainable Development Organization (ESDO) is a refugee-led, community-driven humanitarian NGO registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 2016 with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) in Juba, South Sudan. As a voluntary organization founded by intellectual refugees and hosted community experts, ESDO works to empower the most vulnerable populations through sustainable development projects and capacity building.
We believe lasting change comes from within communities. Our philosophy centers on local ownership, participation, and leadership in all development initiatives.
We generate evidence, document good practices, and scale innovations proven to create sustainable impact in vulnerable communities
We invest in training health cadres, community leaders, and local volunteers to strengthen community-led service delivery and self-reliance.
We take action to address the social determinants of health and well-being—poverty, inequality, lack of education, and environmental stress—that drive vulnerability and disease.
